I work in a fire department and we have used Rowell’s for our drain clearing on numerous occasions. So when my elderly parents had sewer/plumbing issues in their remote small town, I called Rowell’s because I trust them. From Kyle who looked at the job, to the outside crew who hand dug a sewer line to the plumber who ran all new drain pipes, you couldn’t ask for a more professional crew.

Our recent experience with Rowell’s Services has been delightful. The office staff is extremely personable and the hard working, onsite crew take much pride in their work. They are readily available to handle any task from annual furnace cleanings to major emergency situations as they are equipped with the appropriate trucks and backhoes and everything you could possibly need for digging up a lawn or asphalt to get to the route of any underground pipe issue. A huge thank you to Kim, Kyle, Lacey, Joe and Raymond. We feel very fortunate to have such a company to call on.

Rowell’s has been outstanding! Within days of my initial inquiry their Comfort Expert visited our home and presented a detailed estimate for mini splits to cool and heat our main living areas. A week later 4 workers came to install, followed by the electrician. They were all extremely professional. Rowell’s alerted us by text and phone call every step of the way. A painter returned a week later to touch up a small area to our satisfaction.

I absolutely love this company! I've been very satisfied with them from the customer service on the phone, great communication with scheduling, arrival time, repair information, ability to answer my questions, etc. Andy K. was on time, courteous, knowledgeable, and very helpful. I'll be scheduling the repairs that he suggested, knowing that I can trust things to be done properly and improve the safety of my home. Thank you so much. The best, most responsive company in the Lakes Region. They called to confirm, texted the morning of, plumber polite and clean with booties. Reasonably priced.

Great service! Courteous and competent professionals both at the home office and the technicians on-site. Onsite associates are in uniform, put on shoe coverings doubling down with floor coverings and vacuum all of the work area while removing all trash. Like they were never there. All on-site associates were polite and the type of people you were not concerned being in your home. Could not give a higher recommendation for Rowells.

I was impressed with the service provided by the Rowell's technicians, they pumped out the septic tank and determine the drain line to the field was frozen, temporarily preventing drain off of tank.

Great experience!!! Jim Ackerman was so helpful! And I cannot believe how clean he was as and the gentleman with him. I didn't get his name. But the service was wonderful! On time, very positive people! And again I cannot believe how clean they were .... No mess at all. Which I was so grateful for! Thank you. Will not hesitate to call if need be!

Wow. A lakes region plumbing service that not only calls back, but has online scheduling and quick response. Very happy with the initial diagnosis visit. Price was as expected and the plumber was an expert for the problem.

The guys were great, very professional and prompt. All questions I had were answered. Two water heaters replaced in no time. Installation looks amazing. Will definitely use Rowell’s again. Thanks again to Sean and Jason.

Hands-down, the best experience we’ve ever had! We were out of heat for two days, Ricky and Justin came and saved the day. They fixed the furnace and now we have heat before the huge snowstorm! 20/5 stars I would hire them again in a heart beat!

Had the pleasure of working with the Rowells team during an unfortunate situation in our HOA. Neighbors pipes froze and caused quite a bit of damage to her property which also disrupted water to the rest of the winter houses. Alex, Ben and their team spent countless hours over the course of many days solving the issues. Their communication throughout the process was top-notch always making sure we were aware of what/why they were doing. We highly recommend them and will rely on them in the future with any plumbing needs that may arise.
