The Rowell’s Gives Back: World Toilet Day Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by Rowell’s Services (“Sponsor”), Northfield, Bristol.

Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins on Sunday, November 1, 2026 at 8:00 AM ET and ends on Wednesday, November 18, 2026 at 10:00 AM ET (“Giveaway Period”). Submissions received after the deadline will not be considered.

Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of Bristol who are 18 years of age or older and who own and occupy a residential property located within Rowell’s Services’ eligible service area.

Employees of Rowell’s Services, their immediate family members, and individuals living in the same household as an employee are not eligible.

How to Enter the Giveaway

During the Giveaway Period, visit RowellsServices.com and complete the official form.

Entrants may be asked to provide their name, contact information, and property location.

There is no fee or purchase required to submit a nomination.

By submitting your information, the entrant confirms that the information provided is accurate to the best of their knowledge and that they have permission to provide the nominee’s information.

You also agree to receive marketing and promotional communications from Rowell’s, including special offers, service reminders, and company updates. Message and data rates may apply. Recipient Selection & Prizes

Recipient Selection

After the contest closes, eligible submissions will be reviewed by representatives of Rowell’s Services. One recipient will be selected by random draw.

If the winner declines the prize and installation, they forfeit the prize and Rowell’s will pick a new winner by random draw.

Prizes

One selected recipient will receive:

• One (1) standard residential Niagara toilet (choice of elongated or round) and standard professional installation by Rowell’s Services.

The approximate retail value of the prize is $900–$1,200.

The specific toilet model, features, materials and installation specifications will be determined by Rowell’s Services.

The prize has no cash value, is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash, credit or other services.

Installation & Notification

Standard Installation & Additional Work

The prize includes a standard toilet replacement and installation under normal installation conditions.

Additional plumbing repairs, modifications, code upgrades, flooring repairs, flange replacement or repair, drain or sewer repairs, water supply modifications, structural work, carpentry, electrical work, permits or other work determined to be outside the scope of a standard toilet installation are not included unless expressly authorized by Rowell’s Services.

Rowell’s Services may inspect the property before installation to confirm that the installation can be safely and reasonably completed.

If the property or existing plumbing is determined to be unsuitable for a standard installation, Rowell’s Services reserves the right to modify the scope of the prize, select an alternate eligible recipient, or make another reasonable determination at its discretion.

No additional work will be performed. If additional work beyond the installation needs to be done, it will be at the homeowner’s expense, with the homeowner’s authorization.

Recipient Notification

The selected recipient will be contacted using the phone number and/or email address provided with the nomination.

The recipient must respond within 48 hours of the initial notification. If the recipient cannot be contacted, does not respond within the required timeframe, declines the prize, does not meet the eligibility requirements or cannot reasonably accommodate the installation, Rowell’s Services may select another recipient by random drawing.

Installation Scheduling

Installation will be scheduled at a mutually agreeable date and time and is subject to technician, equipment and product availability.

The recipient must provide Rowell’s Services with reasonable access to the property and installation area.

Conditions & Privacy

Publicity

The selected recipient may be asked for permission to allow Rowell’s Services to photograph or record the installation and share the recipient’s first name, general location, story, photographs and/or video in connection with the Rowell’s Gives Thanks campaign.

Any such use will be subject to any additional consent or release required by Rowell’s Services.

Privacy & Marketing Communications

Information submitted through the entry form will be handled in accordance with Rowell’s Services’ applicable privacy practices.

General Conditions

Rowell’s Services reserves the right to verify eligibility and the accuracy of any information submitted.

Rowell’s Services may disqualify entries containing false, misleading, fraudulent, offensive or incomplete information or nominations that otherwise fail to comply with these Official Terms & Conditions.

Rowell’s Services reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the Giveaway if circumstances beyond its reasonable control prevent the Giveaway from being conducted as intended.

By participating, entrants agree to comply with these Official Terms & Conditions and acknowledge that decisions made by Rowell’s Services regarding eligibility and recipient selection are final.

Responsibility & Reliability

By entering this Giveaway, participants agree that Rowell's Services, its owners, employees, and representatives are not responsible for claims, losses, or damages related to entering the Giveaway or accepting the prize, except where required by law.

Rowell's Services will provide professional installation of the winning toilet. Any installation work will be handled according to applicable laws and professional standards.

Nothing in these terms takes away a participant's legal rights or protections.

Governing Law

The Giveaway and these Official Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Bristol, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
